Dynamic Office Interior

Brand-led interior design once meant garish painted walls, oversized mission statements and furniture upholstered in every colour from the brand palette.

Whilst branding still plays an important role in workplace design, we wanted to take a more considered approach—creating a space that reflected the client, their team and their vision, rather than simply applying their corporate identity.

The existing office had become tired and uninspiring. The open-plan workspace, collaboration areas and supporting facilities no longer provided the functionality required for a young, ambitious and creative team. Put simply, the office no longer worked—either aesthetically or practically.

Trusted by the renowned Design Tonic, we set out to transform both.

By introducing a central hub of meeting rooms and collaboration spaces, the team could remain connected, whether for quick drop-in discussions or planned meetings. Workstations were positioned along the perimeter to maximise natural daylight, enhancing both wellbeing and productivity. The breakout space was expanded and opened up, encouraging employees to use it for informal meetings, quick catch-ups, lunch breaks or simply to step away from their desks.

From an aesthetic perspective, we wanted to introduce carefully considered moments of colour through texture, materiality and lighting, while ensuring every design decision felt authentic to the client. Rather than applying branding literally, we took inspiration from their ’26’ logo, using its geometry to influence the flooring design. The transitions between floor finishes, subtle changes in laying direction and softly curved corners create a series of refined details that bring movement and character across the floorplate.
